Rajkumar Vinnakota Appointed Master of Inn of Court and Elected to the Lynn Inn Executive Committee

Janik Vinnakota LLP is pleased to announce partner Rajkumar Vinnakota was appointed as a Master of the Bench in the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn American Inn of Court. Lynn Inn of Court Masters include judges, law professors, and experienced attorneys with at least 16 years of practice in intellectual property matters. It is the highest level attainable within any Inn of Court. Kumar was also unanimously voted to the Lynn Inn of Court’s Executive Committee as Treasurer for the 2020 – 2021 term.

The Lynn Inn was formed nine years ago, and is part of the Linn Inn Alliance of 25 nationwide intellectual property-focused Inns. American Inns of Court are designed to improve the ethics and skills of both the bench and the bar, and are comprised of judges, lawyers, law professors, and law students.

Kumar’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts, and his intellectual property practice focuses on managing, licensing, and enforcing patent portfolios, and representing and defending domestic and international clients. Kumar’s practice also focuses on helping technology and start-up companies navigate the complex legal environment to protect their valuable intellectual property and achieve commercial success.
